Automatic cleaning cartridge filter
This technology is originally intended for the roll steel lamination industry but also can be used on fine grinding or honing applications in all industries.
Cartridges are blown with compressed air during cleaning and then additionally backwashed.
The degree of filtration is variable and is determined by the type of cartridge used (from 20 to 10µ).
There are no consumables. Only when the cartridges are replaced (2 to 5 years) which depends on the application).
Can also be combined with:
- a pre-separation with settling tanks or magnetic separation
- a sludge drying station
