The quantity of solids in Filters of a centralized filtration unit must be reduced as much as possible in order for the filter to work more efficiently and reduce wear or consumables.
Prior to the filters, we provide “proven solutions”, which are dimensioned for the optimal operation of the filter.
- Dredged settling presparator tanks for heavier materials, such as steel and cast iron
- Flow-through dredged preseparator tanks for medium and low density materials
- Magnetic separators for cast iron and steel machining
We equip our filtration units with useful auxiliary equipment to ensure the longest possible lifetime of the coolant (deoilers, centrifugation, magnetic separation) but also to guarantee the maximum machining quality of the workpiece by temperature control via heat exchangers and cooling units.
Safety filters can be provided to guarantee a 100% degree of filtration.
